After moving into this Denver-area home inherited from Linda’s parents, Bruce and Linda realized that they needed more space. They also wanted to make their house more functional and easier to live in as they aged-in-place. Linda especially wanted to remodel the kitchen by opening it up to the living room. She also wanted a new kitchen that made cooking easier and more fun.
We developed a plan from remodeling all levels of this tri-level house including the basement. The plan incorporated a new addition with a master bedroom and bathroom suite. The centerpiece of the project was the new kitchen. The kitchen features a large island with seating, two walls of cabinets, granite countertops, a walk-in pantry closet, and skylight. Please check out the photo of the dramatic glass “watercube” backsplash tile above the cooktop. Also note the rippled glass doors to the master suite and the pantry.
The result was a beautiful improvement to the heart of their home.
