This young family’s 860 s.f. home did not function well for them. They needed more room in
their small dark kitchen, space to relax as a family, and
a Master Suite.

Building a 2-story addition was the perfect
solution to achieve everything on their “must have” list.
The kitchen was renovated and a larger island was
added to expand the workspace. The first floor of the addition gives the family plenty of room to relax,
unwind, and catch up on their favorite shows.
