2005 C.A.R.E. Award Winner

Inspired by the elegant structures they had viewed across Europe, these homeowners hoped to reproduce a traditional Spanish balcony that integrated seamlessly with their two-story Denver home. Built with steel and featuring a custom wrought iron handrail, the balcony we designed transformed the appearance of their home and created a natural space to relax and enjoy the afternoon shade. The result, now draped with flowers and festive lights, is the perfect combination of public and private space.
