This ambitious project included three discrete additions. The first was a large bedroom and bath suite. This addition included a coffee bar, a 175 square foot walk-in closet, his-and-her vanities and sinks, a jetted soaking tub, a fully tiled shower, a laundry room, and a window wall of glass block and half-round windows to capitalize on the available natural light. The second addition featured an office with arched entertainment nooks and an expanded dining room with a vaulted ceiling and a half-round window with a stunning golf-course view. The third addition was designed to highlight the new look of the home from the street. It included a new tower set above a barrel-vaulted entry, complete with a wrought iron gate and a half-round top to visually suggest a circle. We also remodeled a second office and a guest bedroom and bath. Finally, we upgraded the exterior with new stucco and stone and replaced the roof with new tiles. In total, we built, rebuilt or upgraded over 3,000 square feet of living space, recreating this home to fit its residents' every need, want and wish.
