These clients realized that they weren't ready to move to accommodate their growing family; their Crestmoor location was too convenient to work, school, and the park. Still, the rash of pop-ups and scrape-offs in their neighborhood had produced discouraging stories of delays and ever-expanding budgets. They looked to H & H Builders LLC to handle this large, demanding project. We added and/or remodeled a total of more than 4,000 square feet, adding a new roof structure that incorporated cathedral ceilings into many rooms. New and remodeled rooms included a kitchen, four bathrooms, a master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, an office, a dining, living and entertainment center, and a basement recreation room. The project was completed well ahead of schedule, allowing the family to move back in and settle into their luxurious and spacious home in plenty of time to suit their active toddler.
