The Colorado Awards for Remodeling Excellence (CARE) Awards

Presented by the Remodelors Council of the HBA, the CARE Awards program is the largest awards program in Colorado focused exclusively on the remodeling industry. Each year, these awards recognize excellence in design and construction of residential and light commercial remodeling and renovation projects. Since 2002, we have been recognized with more half a dozen CARE awards.

Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS)

Certified Aging-In-Place Specialists undergo specific technical, business management and customer service training. Our CAPS designation indicates that we possess a special expertise in making homes more accessible and comfortable for aging residents.

Structural Engineer

Structural engineers ensure that buildings and bridges are strong enough and stable enough to resist all appropriate structural loads (e.g., gravity, wind, snow, rain, temperature and traffic, etc.). John's training in structural engineering has made him an expert in materials and in the technical, economic and environmental elements that need to be taken into account when adding on to or remodeling a home.

Licensed Professional Engineer

Licensed Professional Engineers (PEs) possess the authority to "stamp" and take legal responsibility for engineering documents. PEs must meet strict testing and training requirements that go well beyond a four-year degree. As a PE, John brings a wealth of advanced knowledge and experience to every project.

Certified Graduate Remodelor^™

Certified Graduate Remodelors (CGR) must meet certain criteria, including prescribed business practices and levels of experience. Further, CGRs must demonstrate an ongoing commitment to their profession through continuing education. John's CGR designation underlines our expertise, experience and commitment to our clients.
