Our partners share a love of the design process and a passion for pleasing customers that is second to none. From initial visit through contract signing to completion, both Dilsha and John are available to support the crew and lead carpenter, maintain quality standards, solve problems, and keep your project moving forward.

Dilsha Happel brings the benefit of a wealth of service industry work to H & H Builders. Dilsha is a practiced evaluator, and she uses her skills to support clients as they develop a concrete sense of their hopes and dreams. Dilsha will likely be your first contact at H & H Builders. She will ask the right questions and listen to your answers, helping you to envision the scope and focus of your project, confirm that remodeling is the right option for you, and determine whether H & H Builders is the right fit for your needs.

John Happel has over 30 years of experience in residential construction. A Certified Graduate Remodelor (CGR), he holds a Masters degree in Structural Engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE). John is typically the first H & H Builders staff member to visit a job site. From evaluating structural possibilities to managing zoning and code limitations, John is invested in thorough preconstruction -- the key to a smooth construction process. As a former Director and Chair of the Council of Professional Remodelers of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, John's careful oversight helps to defuse potential problems before they occur. Whether you use your own architect or work with ours, John's design and engineering expertise and hands-on training make him an ideal Project Supervisor.
